This type of pottery designs is related in decoration form to Sikyatki Polychrome.
Matsaki Polychrome was once createdand is one of the ancient Ashiwi villages These type of vessels were excavated in great quantity at Hawikuh and Kechibawan. There were bowls, jars, plates and other special shapes.
